The Wolverhampton Telford Technology Corridor is led by the University of Wolverhampton with funding by Advantage West Midlands.
It provides the focus for technology-led economic development in the region providing infrastructure, encouraging innovation, stimulating new enterprise and attracting new investment.
With a 20-year vision to create a 'Technology Hub', the Technology Corridor has harnessed over £30 million of investment since 2003 to provide the infrastructure for enterprise
and entrepreneurship, business incubator units, mentoring, consultancy and business advice. We encourage innovation and utilisation of technology in new and existing businesses
and work with partners and the private sector to encourage investment in new facilities. Future projects include the i54 site, expansion of Wolverhampton Science Park, an FE/HE
initiative linking skills and enterprise and business development space at Telford.
